Jean-Baptiste, a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) since 2016, whose background includes managing high-rise condominiums, HOA communities, and diverse rental portfolios. Drawing on over 10 years of hands-on management experience, Youslin established GQMG to provide customized, high-quality property management that meets the needs of modern owners in competitive, fast-changing markets.
Supported by Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Kimberly Andre’, a seasoned marketing strategist, and Our Operations Manager Greg Walker, a 20-year hospitality and security professional, GQMG combines industry expertise with operational excellence.
